Getting Started
After Discord sign-in, Pantheon automatically matches your Discord profile display name to the Member Roster owner name and enables Personal View for that roster.
If the names differ: select your roster once from the top bar, and the choice is remembered separately for your Discord account on that browser. An administrator can also set the optional roster match label to the exact Member Roster owner name.
Universal View is for seeing the guild-wide board. Personal View is for focusing on your own roster.
Tracker Registration
Member Roster is the master list for member names, character IGNs, and Classes / Jobs. Register characters by editing their owner in Member Roster and checking Include in Tracker + Team Builder. Only opted-in characters appear in the tracker and Team Builder.
1. Open Member Roster and add or edit the member.
2. Add each character's exact in-game name and select its Class / Job.
3. Check Include in Tracker + Team Builder for characters who opt in.
4. Save the member. The tracker and Team Builder update from the same master record.
Use this panel only to adjust registered group colors, reorder opted-in characters, or unregister characters. Unregistering here keeps the IGN and class in Member Roster as directory-only.
Guild-wide setting: member directory and tracker opt-in changes affect connected clients after cloud sync.
Dungeon Registration
Use Dungeon Registration to maintain the tasks displayed on the tracker.
1. Choose an existing category or create a new one.
2. Choose whether the category is Daily or Weekly.
3. Choose a pastel color for a new category.
4. Enter the exact task name and register it.
Existing categories can be renamed, recolored, switched between Daily/Weekly, reordered, or removed. Tasks can also be dragged to reorder them.
Important: Daily/Weekly classification affects reset behavior and weekly completion calculations, so this is an administrative feature.
Universal View vs Personal View
🌍 Universal View shows the active rosters together. Use it when organizing parties or checking guild-wide progress.
👤 Personal View filters the board to the roster associated with your selected identity.
Nothing is copied or separated. Personal View is only a filter on the same shared data.
To switch, click the view button. Universal and Personal View can be toggled back and forth at any time.
Tracker & Bounty Checker
Use the checkbox to record a completed task. Uncheck it if it was marked by mistake. The weekly reset archives progress, resets weekly states, and clears bounty target text for a clean new week.
Bounty workflow
For a dungeon you want to use for a Unique+ bounty, right-click the dungeon cell. It becomes 🎯 Marked and the system places that dungeon into the first available bounty target slot.
When you later complete the marked dungeon, checking it can automatically complete the linked bounty slot.
Right-click states
Right-click cycles through the special states: Open → 🎯 Marked → 🔄 Reset → N/A → Open.
N/A means the task does not apply to that character. Bounty Claim slots are tracked separately and are not included in weekly completion rate; N/A tasks are also excluded.
Easy rule: left-click to record completion. Right-click when you need to mark, reset, or exclude a task.
Roster Analytics
Weekly analytics is opt-in. When Track weekly analytics is unchecked, normal daily and weekly task resets still run, but new historical snapshots are not saved. This switch is shared across connected clients.
When enabled, the tracker retains up to five weekly snapshots to support the visible trend and priority calculations. Use Clear Stored History to remove old snapshots and reduce the shared cloud record size.
5-Week Trend
Shows the most recent weekly completion percentages available for that character.
Loot-Weighted Priorities
The system looks at missed dungeons, how often they were missed, N/A history, and the configured loot weight. It then surfaces up to three priority dungeons.
Think of it as a planning aid. It is there to highlight what may be worth completing, not to replace the actual tracker.
Loot Weights
Every weekly task can be assigned a weight from 1 to 5:
1 = Minor · 2 = Low · 3 = Medium · 4 = High · 5 = Critical
These weights affect how strongly missed content contributes to the Analytics priority score.
Open Loot Weights, choose the desired number for each task, then press Save Weights. Reset Defaults restores the predefined settings.
Weights do not change completion. They only change how Analytics evaluates missed content.
Card Database
Card Database is a local reference tool. Its filters and personal card batches stay in this browser and never add traffic or data to the guild's shared tracker database.
Filter cards for a build
Choose Level 70 and below, Level 50 - 60, or Level 40 - 50. Select Magic, Physical, or Defensive to set a starter group of stats, or check stats manually. All selected means every chosen stat must be on the same card; Any selected only needs one.
The Defensive group contains Defense, Magic Def, Vit, and Max HP. Choose Magic, Rare, Epic, Unique, or Legend to preview those values. Click the overlapping-squares icon beside a card name to copy it for the in-game Trading House, or open the card for its full five-rarity table.
Import future card updates
Click Manage Card Batches, name the update, and paste a JSON array. Every card requires a unique number, name, nest or pool label, a valid level cap (40, 50, 60, or 70), and stats. Each stat requires five numeric values in Magic, Rare, Epic, Unique, Legend order. Export your local batches as a backup before changing browsers or clearing site data.
Member Roster
Member Roster is the guild's master directory and the source of truth for member names, character IGNs, character Classes / Jobs, and opt-in status. Add every guild member here whether or not they use the tracker.
Add members and characters
Add a member, then use Add Character to enter each exact IGN, select its Class / Job, and decide whether it should be included in Tracker and Team Builder. Every character must have a class. Leave its opt-in checkbox unchecked to keep the IGN and class in the directory without creating a tracker entry.
Use Edit member to update the name, notes, character IGNs, classes, or opt-in settings. The per-character × button removes that character profile from the master directory; the member stays listed. Removing a character also removes its tracker entry and Team Builder eligibility.
Tracker registration
Checking Include in Tracker + Team Builder is the opt-in action. Unregistering a character from Tracker Registration keeps its IGN and class in Member Roster as directory-only. Re-enable it from Member Roster by checking the same box again.
When Cloud is configured, member names, IGNs, classes, and opt-in states are shared with the guild. Card Database data and card batches are not part of that sync.
Team Builder
Team Builder uses only characters opted into tracking from Member Roster. The member list, character IGNs, and Classes / Jobs originate in Member Roster; directory-only characters remain unavailable for team slots until their opt-in checkbox is checked.
Set each character's Job
Choose the Class / Job in Member Roster when adding or editing a character. The Team Builder's class configuration uses the same Job mapping, and class changes are written back to the master character profile to keep the two views consistent. The Class dropdown can also narrow the eligible character list.
Choose a Party Format
4 Man Normal is for casual normal nests. 4 Man Hardcore is for higher-intensity 4-man content such as Hell Nests and Dragon Memoria. 8 Man Normal is for Classic Raids with more composition flexibility. 8 Man Hardcore uses both teams for high-end mechanics and exposes physical / magical DPS balance.
Build the two teams
Select characters in Team 1 or Team 2. The builder fills in their Job, Raid Position, DPS side, and Owner automatically. Use Role Settings to adjust the underlying class, primary position, DPS type, and lower-priority secondary roles when the class balance changes.
Team Builder is local to your PC. Building, clearing, or changing teams does not sync to the guild database and will not create cloud traffic. Use 📸 Share Setup to copy the complete two-team setup as an image for Discord.
Character duplicates are always prevented. Allow same owner lets one player contribute different characters to coordinated parties when needed.
Split Party Mechanic
For 8 Man Normal and 8 Man Hardcore, enable Split Party Mechanic when Team 1 and Team 2 must function as separate parties. The builder then checks each 4-man team separately. In 8 Man Hardcore, it also enables the physical / magical DPS balance panel and the deeper per-team utility checks.
Turn it off when the raid does not split the party. The builder then treats both teams as one 8-man composition and only checks the normal baseline of Heal, Tank / Provoke, and DPS coverage.
Shared data: Roster and class information is part of the shared database, so keep character details accurate. 8 Man Hardcore with Split Party Mechanic enabled also shows deeper composition checks such as missing Heal, Tank / Provoke, Debuff, Mobility, Beyond Time, Highlander, and low DPS coverage.
Version History
Use 🕘 Version History to see protected global changes. You can also press Push Version to mark a savepoint.
The tracker keeps a compact shared revision journal in the normal database. The tracker versions only shared, global-impact changes such as roster / character structure, dungeon structure, Job / Role settings, loot weights, and the shared split-party setting. Routine tracker checkmarks, notes, salary logs, and Team Builder slot assignments do not create versions. The PC that makes a supported global change records the revision; refreshing another PC does not create a duplicate or fake revision. When you restore one, the current live state is saved first as a safety version, then the selected version becomes the new live state.
Best practice: push a version before large cleanups. Example: “Before roster cleanup · Oct 4”.
Salary Calculator
Use 🧮 Salary Calc when splitting party income.
Enter the Total Party Income, Party Size, Total Seal Stamps Used, Stamp Comp. Rate, and Salary Holder Cut.
The calculator shows:
Gross Income − Salary Holder Cut − Seal Stamp Cost = Net Income Pool
The Net Income Pool is then divided by the party size to show the Payout per member.
Tip: enter the actual numbers from the party run and use the displayed payout. The calculator updates automatically as you type.
